Nomadic Display partners with UPS for online shipping rates and shipping services. UPS provides reliable shipping service with a state of the art online order tracking.
Freight Costs. Your UPS freight cost is based on weight, dimensions, quantity and destination. Your freight cost appears below the cart summary during your checkout process. You can step back to change your service selection which will also recalculate your freight costs. If you have questions please call our customer service department 800-732-9395.
Ordering: When you’ve completed the Checkout Process, you will automatically receive an order acknowledgement email informing you we’ve received your order. Shortly after you will receive an order confirmation with ship date and a summary of your scheduled order, officially confirming that your order is in our system and on our schedule. When your order ships you will receive a 3rd email with shipping details and tracking info for your convenience.
Lead Times. Factory Lead Times are listed on each kit and product “details page” in the online store. Ship dates are based on the date of online order.
7 business days – fabric panels
Three Day Select – 3 business days
Second Day – 2 business days
Next Day – 1 business day
Total lead time will be Factory Lead Time + UPS Lead Time = Total Lead Time. If you are limited on time we suggest you call our customer service department to see if they can manually enter your job to improve on the factory lead times. Nomadic may be able to ship directly to your event and provide tracking information to insure the location of your package at all times. Rush fees may apply.
