What products do you offer on your NomadicShop site? We offer shipping cases plus a variety of repair parts for accessories, case components and replacement fabric panels.


When should I order replacement parts? Much like displays, our recommendation is to order your replacement parts well in advance of your tradeshow or event to ensure that your exhibit is ready and updated in time for the event.


How can I order a display? The quickest and easiest way is to use our showroom locator link to find your local distributor.



Payment and Shipping for NomadicShop


What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


Do you charge tax? We only charge tax for orders that ship to an address in Virginia and Nevada.


What is your product lead-time? Our standard lead time is 5 to 7 business days prior to shipping.


How much will it cost to ship? Shipping costs really depend on where you are located, which product you are purchasing and how quickly you need the product. We utilize UPS for our shipping services and select products can ship overnight. Displays are shipped FOB Springfield, VA.


What is your Return Policy? Unused product in its original condition and packing materials may be returned for a full refund if Customer Service is notified within 3 business of receipt of the shipment to you. The shipping costs back to Nomadic are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Special order colors for fabric (other than Lava, Silver and Imperial) cannot be returned for refund.


Please call 800/732-9395 to obtain the required Return Authorization Number (RA#) to accompany the product shipment. Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Please be advised that refunds take between 3 to 4 weeks to process upon receipt of the product for inspection.


All return inquiries from 4 business days up to 30 business days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted beyond 30 business days.


What is your Order Revisions and Cancellation Policy? Revisions and cancellations for repair parts are accepted within 24 hours of order placement for non-rush shipments. Orders requested by the Customer and agreed by Nomadic Display to be delivered in less than standard turn time as set by Nomadic Display are deemed to be "rush shipments" and are non-cancelable. A cancellation fee of 5% will be applied to the Customer's account prior to any refund being issued. The remaining amount will be credited back to the Customer's credit card originally used for payment.



General Questions and Trade Show Tips


When should I order a display? Our recommendation is to order your display well in advance of your tradeshow or event. This is to ensure that the unit is available when you need it... all without having the added pressure (and expense) of rushing an order. How long will my Nomadic display last? With proper handling, your display should last for years to come and your graphics can be easily updated over the years as your message evolves.


How long does it take to set up your products? Our pop-up exhibits usually take about 15 to 30 minutes to set up depending upon the size and your familiarity with the exhibit. Set up instructions are included with each system.


How much do your products weigh? An average 10' pop-up system weighs approximately 95 lbs. spread across either two cases or in a larger one-case option.


What are FabriColor panels? FabriColor panels are textured fabric panels that accept Velcro hook-style strips to attach graphics. The fabric resembles low-pile carpeting and is a standard option for the trade show industry. FabriColor panels have a 90-day warranty against defects. FabriColor panels can cover an entire display for detachable graphic use, be combined with graphic mural panels or be replaced entirely by graphic mural panels.


How do the FabriColor panels and graphic murals attach to your pop-up systems? Both FabriColor and graphic panels attach to the pop-up system magnetically.


Are the cases easy to transport? Yes, all of our pop-up display cases are equipped with wheels for ease of transport.

What warranty do you offer for your products?


Nomadic offers the following warranties on our product line:


"No Questions Asked" Lifetime Warranty

If ever the Instand product or SignLine Standard bannerstand you purchased through our online store fails to function properly, for any reason, Nomadic will repair or replace the frame or magnetic mounting system, free of charge, with No Questions Asked! Nomadic even covers return surface standard shipping charges to send the product back to you.


Lifetime Warranty


Nomadic will repair or replace your FabriMural, Traveler or LitStand Lite if it ever fails due to defective materials or workmanship for a lifetime of ownership.


One-Year Warranty


Nomadic will repair or replace any of the following products that you bought online due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase:
